Rubber polymer modified asphalt (PRMA)

Modified asphalt (RPMA) is an advanced technology asphalt product by adding polymer and crumb rubber to improve physico-chemical property (viscoelasticity, adhesiveness, stability, flexibility etc.) considerably for extension of life and for reducing maintenance and for environment with low noise and drain pavement in order to prevent plastic deformation in summer and low temperature crack in winter and fatigue crack by shock. Rubber and polymer contained in CRUMB RUBBER POLYMER MODIFIED ASPHALT (CA-04) has high elastic stability and low hysteresis that absorbs external energy and release heat to outside rapidly to prevent temperature increase of pavement. Carbon black in the crumb of tire plays a role of stiffener to keep color of packing material for a long time without discoloration and to play a role of pigment. Oxidized stabilizer inhibits aging of asphalt.

Emulsified color asphalt

It is a patent product (patent no. 10-0823913) that is developed for coloration with liquidity at ambient temperature by spreading colorless synthetic rubber and petroleum resin with excellent adhesiveness and viscosity into emulsified liquid added with emulsifier and stabilizer at fine particle (1~3um). Emulsified color asphalt can be mixed and constructed with aggregate with high liquidity emulsified status at ambient temperature, and it can create desired color and thin layer construction (t=6mm) to reduce construction cost. It can keep durability and pedestrian sense with excellent adhesiveness, elastic weatherproof, corrosion resistance and excellent flexibility at low temperature. It can be constructed at ambient temperature without heating and it is eco-friendly without evaporation of volatile material at curing.

Rubber modified Emulsified asphalt

It is a produce used for thin layer pavement for recycling ASCON mixture additive and road maintenance. It has excellent constructability and economic feasibility over existing ASCON pavement. It reduces road opening hour and is constructed at ambient temperature. Thus, it has no evaporation of volatile material and it is safe eco-friendly product. To improve slurry asphalt binder performance, rubber polymer is added to improve durability, anti-slippery, adhesiveness and thermosensitive of mixture. It is a modified emulsified asphalt product that activity catalyst is added to reduce road opening hour.
