Microcrystalline wax

Base oil produced at crude oil purification contains paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax. Refined petroleum wax is by deoiling slack wax using dewaxing process. Carbon numbers are 31~50 and main ingredients include isoparaffin, small normal paraffin, naphthene and aromatic. Molecular weight is 450~700. It is light yellow crystallization with higher melting point and viscosity than paraffin wax.

Blown asphalt

It is a product that improves asphalt property (softening point, shock absorbance, insulation, heat resistance and thermosensitive) through oxidation and polymerization of asphalt with oxygen by reaction at 200~250℃ by blowing compressed air into straight asphalt. Blown asphalt has high viscosity and softening point and is used for industry. Type of product is classified by penetration.

마이크로크리스탈린 왁스

원유(Crude Oil) 정제시 생산되는 윤활유 Base Oil에는 파라핀왁스(Paraffin Wax) 및 마이크로크리스탈린 왁스(Microcrystalline Wax)가 다량 함 유되어 유출된다.
이것을 탈납(Dewaxing)공정을 이용하여 분리된 왁스분(Slack Wax)을 정제(Deoiling)하여 제품화 한것이 정제석유왁스(Refined Petrole um Wax)임.
탄소수(Carbon Number)31~50개 정도이고, 주성분은 이소파라핀, 소량의 노르말 파라핀, 나프텐, 방향족을 함유하고 있으며 분자량(Molecular Weight)은 450~700이다. 파라핀 왁스(Paraffin Wax)보다 융점(MeltingPoint)및 점도(Viscosity)가 높은 담황색 결정(Light Yellow Crystallization)의 물질임. -
